All guests undertake all activities at their own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury whatsoever sustained whilst staying at Atlantic-Seaview Apartments.
Guests with children must look after their kids, as the pool-area is not enclosed and therefore we will not be held responsible for any injuries or deaths.
Due to the sensitive nature of the location, respect for wildlife and fellow guests is paramount. No undue noise after 10:30 pm please. Strictly no loud music to be played.
No fires to be lit in any location without the express knowledge of the management.
No Smoking in any of the rooms.
Management will deal with discrimination against any guest in an unfair manner.
All breakages and damage to property will be charged in full to the client.
Your host is Mr. Sindre Koppang who can be contacted at any time between 08:00am to 21:00pm +27 (0) 438 1862, or cell 027 (0) 741 867 229 respectively. We respect the opinion of each and every guest that stays with us at the Atlantic-Seaview Apartments and as such we can only address items that are incorrect or out of place when these are brought to our attention. To this objective an evaluation form is provided and we request that you complete one of these forms on your departure. Should there be any shortcoming to ensuring that your stay with us at the Atlantic-Seaview Apartments is comfortable please don't hesitate to call on our host for resolution.
Loss of any Key(s) will be charged for the change of locks if necessary.
The rooms are to be vacated by not later than 11:00 am on the day of departure and the room keys are to be handed in at reception. A levy of R1500 will be charged for the replacement of the room keys should they be misplaced or removed from the premises after departure.
he facilities such as the sun lounges and swimming pool are for the use of all our valued guests as such we request that the noise level is to be kept down after 10:30 pm in the evening.
Laundry Service is charged at R75.00 per load (not ironing), and ironing on request at R7.50 a piece. We can't be held liable for any damage to your belongings.
In the ever-changing world in which we live, it is necessary to enforce stricter measures. For this reason only our guests are permitted in the accommodation areas. Our hosts/security personnel have been instructed to enforce this rule. Pleases do not invite strangers to your room/apartment. The proprietor of the Atlantic-Seaview Apartments reserve right of admission.
For security measure, keep all doors locked for your own safety.
Any additional persons staying on the premise for the night will be charged accordingly!
We advise you to remove all goods from your vehicle as we can't be held liable for any damages or stolen goods.
Please be informed of all fire exits and fire extinguishers in case of any threats.
All drinking and eating in the pool area is forbidden.
You must inform your host if you have any serious medical conditions in case of emergency.
